We do our best to make sure that shipments of your items arrive to you as quickly as possible.

We ship USPS. Our pricing for shipments is just what they charge us. We do not add additional shipping charges. The time frame for arrival to you once we have shipped your items is not within our control. That is up to the USPS, and any questions or concerns regarding your order arrival or should an order not arrive as expected, should be asked of your local Post Office. They have tracking, and can tell you exactly where your package was delivered to.

DELIVERY - The delivery is from the day that your order is shipped out. NOT from the date that you placed your order. 

Personalized items, Sized items such as apparel, Sized Jewelry and Apparel, and other items such as from our Home Decor category, are ordered in directly from our vendors once an order for them is placed, and are not kept in inventory here. This means items can take up to 2 weeks (generally 5-10 business days) to arrive here at our company from our vendors. After they arrive here, the order is then packaged and shipped out from our shipping department to the customer on the following business day after we receive it.

Please be prepared to allow up to that two week period of time for your items to arrive after you have placed your order. The time period listed for delivery (such as 2-3 days) is NOT from the day your order is placed. That time period means the number of days after the order has been shipped from us until it arrives to you. USPS Priority mail IS NOT a guaranteed money back delivery service but is a reliable service.

Most of the time items arrive within the listed delivery time frame.

However, there may be exceptions to this time frame during busy times and around USPS-recognized holidays. We will do our best to notify you of any potential delays with your order.


Please Note: 
Items shipped directly from the manufacturer or shipping to us from our vendor may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
In cases of inclement or severe weather please allow for additional delivery time.
Listing incorrect buying or shipping addresses including typos may delay your order. Please make sure to list your full and correct buying/shipping address at checkout


US Shipping Rates

    Rates are exactly what the USPS charges us. We DO NOT add upcharges for shipping.

Keep in mind that the USPS has recently had changes in their shipping costs, so it may cost a bit more than previously to ship the same items to the same destinations.

Canada Shipping Rates

Canadian rates are determined by actual USPS size, weight, and destination calculations in real time.

International Customs Fees/Duties

Import charges or duties are not included in the prices listed on our website.
This may vary from country to country depending upon the products you order.
Please check with your countries customs department before ordering so you are aware of any additional charges or fees that may be due once your items arrive.
We will not be held responsible for duties or import charges. Please make sure you are aware of this prior to order.
If an international order is refused you will be subjected to the refused orders charge of 20% and no shipping fees will be refunded. 

Shipping Time Frames and Expedited Delivery

Our system will automatically notify the email you used at the time of purchase when you order ships. You can track your package directly through the links provided within that email.


Upon receipt of the product, inspect all items for damage before signing the receipt or notify us immediately if any damage is detected, note on the shippers' bill of landing and DO NOT accept the shipment if the product is damaged. If the product is left and there is no receipt of damage contact us immediately. We will ask you to provide pictures of the damaged product and shipping box for verification and we will then submit a damage claim to the shipping services for a refund. We handle all damage and loss claims for our customers. We will always work with you to provide a solution that is acceptable and promptly.

Shipping charges are determined based on the total dollars of the order, shipping weight, the destination of each order, and the service selected.

To control shipping costs, dba (Red Barn Candles and choose the best/fastest shipping carrier and method for each order unless otherwise specified by the customer. If you require a specific time frame of delivery please choose the appropriate method at the time of checkout.


We DO NOT accept C.O.D. orders at this time.


Red Barn Candles and works very hard to ensure all products are readily available and in stock when you order. If your order includes a back ordered or out of stock item, we will do the following:

If an out of stock error or discrepancy on an item occurs and we are out of stock or the vendor is out of stock, we will contact you prior to shipping to allow you to cancel the order or wait for the item(s) to be shipped when it becomes available again.


International orders and all orders outside the 50 States will incur additional shipping charges. If our system is not generating a shipping quote for your destination and you would like a shipping quote, please email your location (along with a postal code) and the items you wish to purchase to You will receive a quote within the next business day from our customer service team.

You the customer are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may occur.
